IoTOcean is an independent technology brand building products for networks, connected devices and AI. We build software that helps the people who run these systems see them clearly, change them safely and keep control of their data.

Technology that stays in the hands of the people who run it
Networks, devices and AI services are becoming part of everyday work, in offices, shops, mosques, classrooms and homes. Too often they arrive as closed boxes: hard to see into, hard to change and tied to someone else’s cloud.
We want a future where these systems are understandable and under the control of the people who rely on them, running on infrastructure they choose and handling their data the way they decide.
Mission
Build focused products that solve one real problem each
Our mission is to design and build practical software for networking, cloud infrastructure, edge computing, the Internet of Things and AI. Each product starts from a problem we can name, such as running a fleet of routers, looking after devices in the field, keeping the Adhan on time or making recorded speech searchable, and it stays focused on that problem.
We share the work as it happens, so the people who might use our products can follow along and tell us what they need.

Security by design
Encrypted connections, least-privilege access and careful handling of credentials are part of the design, not added at the end.
Control and portability
Our products are designed to run on infrastructure you choose, using open standards and well-known tools rather than locking you in.

We prefer fewer moving parts, clear status and logs you can read, so problems are easy to find and fix.
Honest documentation
We write down how things work and what they can and cannot do yet, so nobody has to guess.

How we build products
Independent initiatives, built in the open
Independent initiatives
MikroBrain, MiqaatHub, FleetifAI, SawtifAI, PXEfAI and BACOcean each have their own purpose, users and roadmap. They share an engineering approach, not a single codebase.
Status shown openly
Every product page shows its current stage, from Concept to Available. Today every product is in development, and we say so.
Small, verified steps
We ship in small steps, check that each one works before the next, and keep a way back if something goes wrong.
Progress in the journal
Design decisions, early results and setbacks are written up in the IoTOcean Journal as the work moves forward.
